Nikhil Kumar Singh is the Founder and Managing Partner of CrestPoint Legal, a full-service law firm comprising lawyers with over 10 years of professional experience across diverse areas of legal practice. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law University, Delhi and is actively engaged in litigation and dispute resolution practice across Chhattisgarh.
He maintains a regular practice before the High Court of Chhattisgarh, district courts, commercial courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities across the State, representing clients in civil, criminal, commercial, service, constitutional, arbitration, banking, insolvency, property, mining, and regulatory matters. His practice includes appearances in writ petitions, civil and commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, arbitration matters, recovery actions, consumer disputes, and complex regulatory litigation.
Prior to founding CrestPoint Legal, Mr. Singh practiced in New Delhi with DMD Advocates, Argus Partners, Advocates & Solicitors, and Singh & Associates, where he handled high-value disputes before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, arbitral tribunals, and district courts. His professional experience spans commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, infrastructure disputes, contractual claims, constitutional remedies, and regulatory advisory matters.
Drawing upon his experience before leading judicial forums at both the national and state levels, Mr. Singh leads the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency, and commercial advisory practices, delivering strategic, practical, and result-oriented legal solutions to individuals, businesses, MSMEs, startups, and institutions across Chhattisgarh and beyond.

Mr. Ashok Mathur is an Associate Partner of the firm and heads the Delhi Office. He is a highly accomplished Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India with over 30 years of distinguished experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, and regulatory matters. He was associated with Khaitan & Co., Solicitors & Advocates from 1981 to 1984 and subsequently practiced with New Delhi Law Offices, New Delhi.
Over the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Mathur has served as Standing Counsel for the States of Jammu & Kashmir and Jharkhand and presently continues to represent the State of Jammu & Kashmir before the Supreme Court of India. His long-standing association with governmental and institutional clients reflects his depth of legal expertise and standing within the legal profession.
Mr. Mathur possesses extensive experience in matters before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, various High Courts across the country, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
